Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Use the retaining tab to secure the TCM when installing the TCM to the underhood junction block bracket.
  2. Install the TCM harness connectors to the TCM, as noted during removal.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE in Battery.
  4. Program the TCM. Refer to Transmission Control Module Reprogramming Procedures .
