Installation Procedure

  1. Install Exhaust Pipe Front Hanger Bracket Replacement 
  2. Install Exhaust Front Pipe

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Exhaust Front Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
    4. Fig 2: Exhaust Front Pipe

  4. Install a NEW gasket.
  5. Install Exhaust Front Pipe (3)
  6. Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (1) Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  7. Exhaust Bracket Bolt (2) Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  8. Connect Exhaust Front Pipe (2) @Exhaust Muffler (3)
  9. Exhaust Front Pipe Nut (1) Tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  10. Connect Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Sensor 2
  11. Lower the vehicle.
