Air Bag Module & Steering Wheel: Removal
- Ensure front wheels are pointing straight-ahead. Mark steering wheel to column location for installation reference. Turn ignition key to position No. 1 to release steering lock.
- Remove 2 screws at rear of steering wheel. See Fig 1. Turn wheel through 90 degree in each direction to gain access to screws. Carefully lift out steering wheel module and disconnect connector from reverse of module.

- Remove screw from parking hole in steering wheel. Screw must remain attached to plastic strip. Remove steering wheel bolt and steering wheel.
