Lambda Sond

  1. Warm engine to normal operating temperature. Disconnect oxygen sensor wire (at oxygen sensor) which connects to ECU. Connect a jumper wire between wire connecting to ECU (oxygen sensor harness side) and ground.
  2. CO level should increase if wire to ECU is okay. Connect a voltmeter to oxygen sensor. Voltmeter should fluctuate between approximately .5-1.0 volt.
