Dome Light and Ignition Key Illumination Function

When any door is opened, the dome light (If SW is set to 'DOOR') and ignition key cylinder light are lit using a fade-in method. Then when all the doors are closed (Any door is unlocked), the illumination is kept ON by a timer for approximately for 15 seconds and is then turned OFF using a fadeout method when the timer expires.
