Rear Seat: Disassembly

  1. REMOVE HEADREST 
  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER COVER 

    Remove the screw and reclining adjuster cover.

  3. REMOVE RECLINING LOWER COVER 

    Remove the screw and reclining lower cover.

  4. REMOVE SEATBACK ASSEMBLY 

    Remove the 4 bolts and seat back assembly.

  5. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER 
    1. Zip the seatback cover open.
    2. Turn over the seatback cover.

    3. Remove the headrest supports.
    4. Remove the nut and reclining release handle.

    5. Remove the screw and seatback lock control bezel.
    6. Remove the hog rings and seatback cover from the seat-back pad.
  6. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER 

    Remove the 4 bolts and reclining adjuster.

  7. REMOVE SEAT RECLINING ROD 
  8. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER 

    Using a screwdriver, remove the seat cushion cover.

    NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    NOTE: Be careful not to damage to the seat cushion cover.
  9. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION FRAME 
    1. Remove the 5 screws and seat cushion cover.
    2. Remove the 6 nuts and seat cushion frame.
  10. REMOVE SEAT TRACK 
    1. Using a screwdriver, remove the seat track adjusting handle.
      NOTE: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
    2. Remove the E-ring and seat cushion lock control rod.
    3. Remove the 2 E-rings and seat track lock lever.

    4. Remove the seat track.
  11. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER 
  12. REMOVE CENTER BELT 
  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER BELT
