Cruise Control Systems: Troubleshooting: Notes

NOTE: Intermittent failures may cause CRUISE indicator light to flicker or turn off. DTCs will only be retained during ignition cycle which malfunction occurred. DTCs will not be retained if ignition switch is turned off. However, recent malfunction freeze frame data is stored in ECM memory, and should be available to aid in diagnosis of intermittent failures. See FREEZE FRAME DATA .
