Basic Inspection

Before performing diagnosis, check the following items which may affect problems related to the central gateway.

1. Check the battery. Refer to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DO)>Battery>INSPECTION . Refer to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DOTC)>BATTERY>INSPECTION .
2. Check the fuse condition. Refer to SECURITY AND LOCKS>RELAY AND FUSE . Make sure that ampere of the fuse is setting value, and it is not blown out.
3. Check the connecting condition of harness and harness connector.
