Shift Cable Adjustment
- Set the parking brake.
- Remove the cup holder. Refer to Cupholder Replacement - Front Floor Console
in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
- Lift and unlock the shift cable retainers.

- Push the shifter 4th gear lock clip. Move the shifter slightly in order to center the lock clip.

- Ensure that the transmission is in 4th gear.
- Press and lock the shift cable retainers.

- Pull the shifter 4th gear lock clip to its original position.

- Install the cup holder. Refer to Cupholder Replacement - Front Floor Console
