Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear seat belt retractor to the rear shelf.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the rear seat belt retractor bolt (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 45 N.m (33 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear window panel trim. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf (Early Production) or Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf (Late Production) in Interior Trim.
  4. Check the rear seat retractor belt for proper operation.
