Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the EBCM connector.
  2. Release the shorting bar from terminal 10 and test for infinite resistance between terminal 10 of the EBCM connector and ground.
    • If resistance in not as specified, repair the circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, replace the BPMV/EBCM.
