Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the connector to the tire pressure indicator module (4).
  2. Engage the tab (2) into the hole (1) and install the module.
  3. Install the screw (3).
  4. Install the upper instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement .
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  6. Measure the tire pressure of each of the tires. Adjust the tire pressure to the specification on the tire placard, if necessary.
  7. Register the transmitter ID numbers for all of the tires. Refer to Tire Pressure Sensor Learn .
  8. Initialize the system. Refer to Tire Pressure Monitor System Configuration .
