Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel lower trim retainer. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Retainer Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the cruise control release switch electrical connector (1).
  3. Pull the switch from the tubular clip (2).
  4. If necessary, remove the clip from the brake pedal support (3).
