Glass Height (Rotational) Adjustment
- Mark up stop positions. Note glass height. See Figure . Lower glass to relieve pressure on upstops. Adjust glass height adjuster(s) to achieve glass swing clearance of .079" (2 mm) and glass engagement to a minimum of .197" (5 mm). See Figure . Adjustments can be checked by applying masking tape over top edge of glass and marking with pen along molding with glass at full up position.
- Lower and raise glass, repeat adjustment as necessary. Close door with window fully raised, noting if glass rubs or is very close to rubbing roof rail molding.
