Window Sash Channel: Removal

  1. Remove door trim panel. See TRIM PANEL  .
  2. Remove door armrest bracket. See ARMREST  .
  3. Remove water deflector. See WATER DEFLECTOR  .
  4. Lower the window until the sash channel and glass can be plainly seen through the door panel opening. Apply tape to secure the glass to the door frame. Remove bolts securing the sash channel to the glass.
  5. Remove sash assembly.
