Power Steering Pump: Notes

NOTE: Power steering pump should only be overhauled when oil leaks are found at pulley shaft front seal, rear housing gasket, or high pressure inlet hose. Also for poor performance or deformed and/or damaged pulley. Only remove components listed in disassembly procedure. If damage to other components is found, replace power steering pump as an assembly.
