Ignition Coil/Power Transistor Resistance

Disconnect ignition coil harness connector. Check resistance between specified terminals. Resistance between terminals No. 1 and 2, and terminals No. 1 and 3 should be more than zero or infinity. See Figure . Resistance between terminals No. 2 and 3 should be more than zero or less than infinity. If resistance is not as specified, replace ignition coil and power transistor assembly.
