Points Of Installation

NOTE: If the setting is to these dimensions beforehand, the adjustment of the "fit" of the door glass will be easier.

  1. Step 8: Installing Rear Door Glass Guide Track

    Install the bolts for adjustment of the amount of inclination of the door glass (upper part of the rear door glass guide track) at the positional dimensions shown. See Fig 1 .
  2. Step 7: Installing Front Delta Sash

    Align the door glass and the front door delta sash ridge line, and then completely tighten the bolts at A and B. See Fig 2 . Check to be sure that, with the glass completely closed, there is no clearance between the front part of the glass and front door delta sash (D part). Lower the door glass to the lowermost position, and completely tighten the front door delta sash (C part).
  3. Steps 5 & 4: Installing Front Door Glass Rear & Front Guide Tracks

    Install the bolts for adjustment of the amount of inclination of the front door window glass (upper part of front door glass guide tracks) at the positional dimensions shown. See Fig 3 .If the setting is to these dimensions beforehand, the adjustment of the "fit" of the front door window glass will be easier.
  4. Steps 3 & 2: Installing Door Glass & Waterproof Film
