Install new WSS sensor - AR91.60-P-0811T

MODEL 211.0/2 as of 19.2.04 with CODE (494) USA version 

Front passenger seat 

MODEL 219.3 as of 1.6.06 with CODE (494) USA version Front passenger seat

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove front passenger seat and set down on a suitable support surface leaning forward on the seat backrest Model 211.0/2 AR91.10-P-1000T 
Model 219.3 AR91.10-P-1000TX
2.1 Detach multipoint connector (1) and remove bolts (2) Only when removing left front WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11) or right front WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/12).  
3.1 Release catch hooks (3) at front passenger front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2) using suitable pliers and place front passenger front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2) with bracket to one side Only when removing the left front WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11) or the right front WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/12) for vehicles with code (242) Electrically adjustable front passenger seat with memory.  
4 Expose wiring harness (4) of relevant WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11, B48/12, B48/13 or B48/14) and disconnect electrical connector from WSS control unit IMPORTANT Observe installation position of wiring harness (4)  
5 Remove nut (5) from WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11, B48/12, B48/13 or B48/14) IMPORTANT Counterhold bolt (6).
NOTESInstallation:  Install new nut (5).		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA91.60-P-1001-01G 
6 Remove bolt (6) NOTESInstallation:  The bolts (6) have different diameters and must only be installed with the associated WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11, B48/12, B48/13 or B48/14).
IMPORTANTInstallation:  Grease bolt (6) with grease provided in the repair kit.		  
7 Remove bolts (7) and remove WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11, B48/12, B48/13 or B48/14) together with bracket (8) NOTES Do not remove WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11, B48/12, B48/13 or B48/14) from bracket (8), otherwise its proper function can no longer be guaranteed.
NOTESInstallation:  The WSS (Weight Sensing System) sensor (B48/11, B48/12, B48/13 or B48/14) may only be replaced together with bolt (6), otherwise its proper function can no longer be guaranteed.
Replace bolts (7).		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA91.60-P-1002-01G 
TORQUE SPECIFICATION *BA91.60-P-1003-01G 
8 Check bearing (9) of bolt (6) for wear, if necessary remove circlip (10) and bearing (9) using a suitable punch IMPORTANTInstallation:  Install bearing (9) by hand.  
9 Install in the reverse order
