Speaker Inspection: Tweeter

Connect the negative battery cable. (See NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL DISCONNECTION/CONNECTION [(US)] .)
Remove the tweeter. (See TWEETER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
Inspect the resistance between positions A and B shown in the figure.
Tweeter resistance

Without Bose ® : 3.9-4.7 ohms

With Bose ® : 3.4 ohms
