Steering Wheel Audio Controls: Installation

  1. Install the steering wheel audio controls wire harness into the clips on the module plate.

  2. Install the module plate-to-driver air bag module.
    • Install the plate, springs and bolts and tighten in the sequence shown.

  3. Install the steering wheel audio controls.

  4. Check the gap between driver air bag module and steering wheel audio controls and adjust as necessary.

  5. Install the driver airbag module. For additional information, refer to AIR BAG RESTRAINT SYSTEMS .
