Stoplight Switch

Disconnect stoplight switch. Check continuity between switch terminals. With brake pedal depressed, continuity should exist between terminals No. 1 and 3. With brake pedal released, continuity should exist between terminals No. 2 and 4. See Figure. If continuity is correct, go to next step. If continuity is incorrect, replace switch.
