Repair Procedure: Installation
WARNING:
- Do not reuse any used injector fixing clip.
- Install the component to the specified torques.
- Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
- Apply engine oil to the injector O-ring.
- Do not reuse any used injector O-ring.
- Do not reuse any used bolt.
- When inserting the injector, be careful not to damage the injector tip.
WARNING:
- When fastening the fuel delivery pipe mounting bolts, fully hand-tighten first, and then tighten in the proper sequence (→ → →) in several cycles up to the specified torque.
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
