Module, Power Liftgate Control: Installation: Installation

1. Position the PLGM (1) to the vehicle for installation.
2. Seat the module in to the mounting bracket making sure it is snapped into place securely.
3. Connect the two body wire harness connectors (2) to the PLGM housing.
4. Install the rear cargo load floor. Refer to LOAD FLOOR, CARGO, INSTALLATION .
5. Connect the negative battery cable to the negative battery terminal.
6. Verify the power liftgate operates properly. for the power liftgate learn/relearn procedure. Refer to MODULE, POWER LIFTGATE CONTROL, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
