HCU (Hydraulic Control Unit): Removal
- Install prop rod on the brake pedal to keep pressure on the brake system.
- Remove negative battery cable from the battery
- Pull up on the CAB harness connector release (Fig 1
) and remove connector.

- Remove brake lines from the HCU.
- Remove HCU/CAB mounting nuts and bolt (Fig 2
) and remove HCU/CAB.
