Injector Nozzles: Disassembly

  1. Begin by removing in sequence eye bolt, gasket, cap nut, gasket, adjusting screw, nozzle spring and push rod.

  2. Clamp the hexagonal portion of the nozzle body holder in a vise, loosen the retaining nut, and then remove it. Next remove the nozzle setting screw and the nozzle holder. See Figure .
