Diagnosis Procedure
- CHECK POWER WALK-IN FUNCTION
Check power walk-in function.
Refer to "POWER WALK-IN FUNCTION : SYSTEM DESCRIPTION ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: Power walk-in function is OK.
NO: GO TO 2.
- PERFORM INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE
- Perform initialization procedure.
Refer to "SYSTEM INITIALIZATION : SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT ".
- Check power walk-in function.
Refer to "POWER WALK-IN FUNCTION : SYSTEM DESCRIPTION ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: Power walk-in function is normal.
NO: GO TO 3.
- Perform initialization procedure.
- CHECK POWER WALK-IN SWITCH
Check power walk-in switch.
Refer to "COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 4.
NO: Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
- CHECK SEAT BELT BUCKLE SWITCH
Check seat belt buckle switch.
Refer to "COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 5.
NO: Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
- CHECK FORWARD SWITCH
Check forward switch.
Refer to "COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 6.
NO: Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
- CHECK SLIDING LIMIT SWITCH
Check sliding limit switch.
Refer to "COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK ".
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 7.
NO: Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
- CHECK DRIVER SIDE DOOR SWITCH
Check driver side door switch.
Refer to "DRIVER SIDE : COMPONENT FUNCTION CHECK "
Is the inspection result normal?
YES: GO TO 8.
NO: Repair or replace the malfunction parts.
- CONFIRM THE OPERATION
Check the operation again.
Refer to "POWER WALK-IN FUNCTION : SYSTEM DESCRIPTION ".
Is the result normal?
YES: Check intermittent incident. Refer to "INTERMITTENT INCIDENT ".
NO: Replace driver seat control unit. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
