Distributor Ignition (G20): Resistor

Resistor is built into distributor cap. Remove distributor cap. Measure resistance between center terminal (rotor) and ignition coil terminal (coil output). See Fig 1 . Resistance should be 4-8 k/ohms at 77°F (25°C).
