Removal and Installation

  1. Disconnect the active valve assembly connector (A).

  2. Remove the main muffler. (Refer to Intake and Exhaust System - "MUFFLER ")
  3. Remove the active valve assembly (A).

    Tightening torque: 

    2.5 - 3.5 N.m (0.25 - 0.36 kgf.m, 1.8 - 2.6 lb-ft)

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
