Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
    IMPORTANT: Do not exceed torque specification over tightening of the screws will result in the stud breaking from the front floor console.
  1. Install the retainer clips to the speaker housing.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  2. Install the front speaker assembly woofer to the I/P carrier.
  3. Install the fasteners.

    Tighten:  Tighten the screws 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  4. Install the exterior trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Extension Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
  5. Install the I/P compartment. Refer to Compartment Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gauges, and Console.
