At low speeds and light acceleration there is a rattle from the O2 sensor bracket.

The O2 sensor bracket may not have the correct bend, allowing the harness to rattle.

Replace the O2 sensor bracket.

Skill Level: Repair Technician

Remove the O2 sensor bracket and release the harness.
Inspect the bracket.
- If the bracket has a slight bend as shown, the bracket is good. Continue with normal troubleshooting.
- If the bracket has no bend, replace the bracket.
Install the new bracket and torque the nut to 9.4 N.m (6.9 lb-ft) , Then install the harness to the bracket.
