Hydraulic System Bleeding

  1. Start engine and turn wheels all the way left. Turn engine off. Fill reservoir until it reaches COLD mark fluid level reservoir. Leave cap off reservoir.
  2. Start engine and run at fast idle for approximately 15 seconds. Stop engine and check fluid level. If necessary, add fluid to bring level to COLD mark again.
  3. Start engine. Bleed system by turning wheels from side to side 3-4times. Stop engine and check fluid color and level in reservoir. Fluid with a light Tan color indicates air is in system. Repeat steps until fluid is purged of air and fluid is Red in appearance.
