Installation Procedure

  1. GM5830609

    Place the front side door window (1) into the door frame.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Install and tighten the 2 front side door window regulator sash retaining bolts (1). Fastener Specifications 

  3. GM5774936
    NOTE:

    When reinstalling water deflector ensure integral locators are installed properly and that water deflector is secured and leakproof.

    Route front side door inside handle cable through hole in deflector (1).

  4. Front Side Door Water Deflector (1) - Install

    Front Side Door Armrest Bracket (2) - Install

  6. Front Side Door Armrest Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  7. GM5774701

    Front Side Door Trim (3) - Install - Front Side Door Trim Removal and Installation (Without Front Side Door Trim Bolt Cap) , or Front Side Door Trim Removal and Installation (With Front Side Door Trim Bolt Cap)

  8. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
