Transmission Control Module (TCM): Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  2. Fill the Electric Powertrain Cooling System.

    Refer to: COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, FILLING AND BLEEDING .

  3. If the TCM  was replaced, perform the TRANSMISSION STRATEGY DOWNLOAD .

    Refer to: TRANSMISSION STRATEGY DOWNLOAD 

  4. If the TCM  was replaced, perform the PATS Parameter Reset.

    Refer to: PASSIVE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM (PATS) PARAMETER RESET .
