Front Wipers Inoperative At Low Speed

  1. Perform FRONT WIPER SWITCH CONTINUITY TEST. Replace multifunction switch as necessary. If switch is okay, go to next step.
  2. Disconnect wiper motor connector. Turn ignition on. Turn wiper switch to low position. Measure voltage between ground and Blue/White wire at wiper motor connector. If battery voltage exists, replace wiper motor. If battery voltage does not exist, repair Blue/White wire as necessary.
