High Speed Inoperative

With ignition off, disconnect both small and large wiper motor connector. Using a 12-volt source at small connector, attach positive side to BLU/BLK wire and negative side to BLU/RED wire. If wiper motor does not operate, replace wiper motor. If wiper motor operates, proceed to HIGH SIGNAL CHECK.
