High Speed
- With the wiper switch in "HIGH" position, current flows from the ignition switch through the wiper switch to the wiper motor high terminal. To check high speed operation, turn ignition switch on and place wiper switch in "HIGH" position. See Fig 1 .
- Check for voltage at the circuit No. 56 terminal at 3-way motor connector. If no voltage is present, check voltage at circuit No. 63 at the wiper switch. If voltage is present at circuit No. 63 but not present at circuit No. 56, replace the wiper switch.
- If voltage is not present at circuit No. 63, trace circuit back to source to determine problem. If voltage is present at circuit No. 56 and motor does not run, ground the motor ground terminal to the body. If motor runs, service ground wiring. If motor does not run, replace motor.
