Rpm Too Low For EGR Test (Code 35)
- Check for codes 12 and/or 13. If code 12 is present, perform EVP Sensor Test. If code 13 is present, perform RPM Not Returning To Normal Test. If no code 12 and/or 13 appears, proceed with test.
- Turn ignition off and wait 10 seconds. Connect a tachometer to engine. Connect grounded jumper wire to self-test input wire. Start engine and run at 1500 RPM. Record engine running service codes. Check for code 35. If code 35 is present, replace processor and repeat Quick Test. If code 35 is not present, repeat Quick Test and service codes as necessary.
