Brake System Warning Light

The BRAKE warning light indicates two things; either the parking brake is engaged or brake fluid is below prescribed level. The light should come on briefly when ignition switch is turned to the ON position and goes out after engine is started, and the parking brake is released. If the light stays on, servicing is needed.
