Brakes
  Bleeding Sequence Base Brakes: refer to BASE BRAKE BLEEDING , Antilock Brakes: refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE - ANTILOCK BRAKE SYSTEM BLEEDING

Drive Belts
  Adjustment Serpentine belt used, not adjustable.
  Drive Belt Routing Refer to appropriate "Belt Routing" figure under REMOVAL .
Engine Cooling
  General Service Specifications Refer to SPECIFICATIONS
  Radiator Cap Pressure 16 to 20 psi (110 to 138 kPa)
  Thermostat R & I Refer to REMOVAL
  Water Pump R & I Refer to REMOVAL
Engine Mechanical
  3.6L
    Compression Compression should not be less than 689 kPa (100 psi) and not vary more than 25 percent from cylinder to cylinder.
    Oil pressure Refer OIL PRESSURE table under ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS .
    Overhaul Refer to ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS
    Torque Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS
Fluid Specifications See FLUIDS under MAINTENANCE/FLUIDS tab. From within Manager or Service Writer, click the "30/60/90 Interval" or "Maint." button.
Flywheel/Flex Plate/Drive Plate Torque
  3.6L 70 ft. lbs. (95 N.m)
Do not reuse these fasteners. If removed, a NEW  fastener must be installed and tightened to specifications.
Fuel System
  Pressure Specification 400 kPa ± 34 kPa (58 psi ± 5 psi)
  Fuel Pressure Test Procedure CHECKING THE FUEL DELIVERY SYSTEM (HARD START)
  Fuel Filter Location Fuel filter is part of fuel pump module
  Fuel Filter R & I Gas: Refer to MODULE, FUEL PUMP

  Firing Order & Cylinder Identification Refer to FIRING ORDER & CYLINDER IDENTIFICATION
  Ignition Wires (Resistance) Coil On Plug
  Ignition Wires (Routing) Coil On Plug
Spark Plug

    Gap .043 in. (1.1 mm)
    Torque 14 ft. lbs. (18 N.m).
