Circuit Wiring

  1. If both front seats, door locks and rear blower do not operate, check maxi-fuse in Power Distribution Center (PDC) located underhood. If maxi-fuse is okay, go to next step. If maxi-fuse is faulty, repair short and replace fuse.
  2. Check circuit breaker (30-amp) located on Red/White wire near driver's seat, 10 inches from 4-pin connector. Check Red output wire from circuit breaker. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Repair poor or open circuits as necessary. If no problem is found, go to next step.
  3. Check Black wire between MSMM, seat switch and memory selector switch for continuity to ground. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If continuity exists, go to next step. If continuity does not exist, repair open or poor connection in ground circuit.
  4. Check continuity of Red wire between 21-pin MSMM connector C3 terminal No. 11 and power seat switch connector terminal No. 5. If continuity does not exist, repair Red wire. If continuity exists, test is complete.
