Entering On-Board Diagnostics: Notes

NOTE: Although other scan testers are available, manufacturer recommends using Chrysler Collision Detection (CCD) Diagnostic Readout Box (DRB) to diagnose system. Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) function can be used, but it has limited diagnostic abilities.
NOTE: If trouble code exists that is not related to cruise control system, see appropriate TESTS W/CODES article in the ENGINE PERFORMANCE Section.
