Front Wheel Drive Models (FWD)

Floor jack may be used to raise vehicle at locations shown in illustrations. See Fig 1, Fig 2 and Fig 3 . A front floor jack point is located at center of front crossmember (inboard) and at center of rear axle.

Fig 1: FWD Lifting Points (Horizon & Omni). Ensure scissors jack flange is in contact with body sill at jack receptacle.

Fig 2: FWD Lifting Points (Aries, LeBaron & Reliant). A floor jack point is at center of front crossmember (inboard) and at center of rear axle.

Fig 3: FWD Lifting Points (600 & New Yorker). When emergency jacking, ensure scissors jack engages with locator pin on body sill.
