Conditions for Setting the DTC
- The PCM detects the following for every 2 engine revolutions:
- Forty-eight medium resolution engine speed signals
- One CMP sensor signal
- A number other than 0 or 6 low resolution engine speed signals
- The condition exists for more than 8 seconds.
