Installation Procedure

Lift up on the rear of the console and install into the vehicle.

Hold the console and move rearward of vehicle to engage the front retaining tabs (1).
Position the park brake lever to the full DOWN position.
Move the gearshift into the LOW position.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.

Install the 2 upper screws located near the body control module.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
Install the console upper trim plate. Refer to Trim Plate Replacement - Console Upper .
