Compressor/Drier Leak Test

  1. Attach Pressure Gauge (J-22124-A ) to drier fitting. Allow pressure to reach 100 psi (7.03 kg/cm2 ) minimum and shut off compressor.
  2. Using soap and water solution. Check for pressure leaks at locations shown. See Fig 1 . Torque compressor head bolts if necessary. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article.
