Gearshift Linkage: Sprint
- Lift up gearshift lever rubber boot. Loosen gearshift control housing nuts and guide plate bolts. Adjust guide plate by moving it from front to rear so lower section of gearshift lever is in middle of guide plate and at a right angle. See Fig 1
.
- With guide plate in position, tighten guide plate bolts to 72-88 INCH lbs. (8-10 N.m). Tighten left front and right rear housing nut to 11-14 ft. lbs. (15-20 N.m). Tighten right front and left rear housing nut to 27-53 INCH lbs. (3-6 N.m).
