Radiator Lower Bracket Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement . Remove the power steering fluid cooler brackets. Refer to Power Steering Fluid Cooler Bracket Replacement . Remove the radiator air side baffle retainer from the radiator lower bracket. Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side , and/or Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side . Remove the secondary air injection pump if equipped with NU6. Support the radiator assembly.
1	Radiator Lower Bracket Fastener (Qty: 6) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 22 (16 lb ft)
2	Radiator Lower Bracket (Qty: 2)

Remove the power steering fluid cooler brackets. Refer to Power Steering Fluid Cooler Bracket Replacement .
Remove the radiator air side baffle retainer from the radiator lower bracket. Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side , and/or Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side .
Remove the secondary air injection pump if equipped with NU6.
Support the radiator assembly.

Radiator Lower Bracket Fastener (Qty: 6)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
22 (16 lb ft)

Radiator Lower Bracket (Qty: 2)
