Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the seat assembly. Refer to Seat Replacement .
  2. Remove the seat back cushion. Refer to Driver Seat Back Cushion Pad Replacement  or to Driver Seat Back Cushion Pad Replacement .
  3. Remove the hook and loop at the end of the seat cushion cover.
  4. Remove the seat belt buckle pretensioner. Refer to Seat Belt Buckle Pretensioner Replacement .
  5. Disconnect the wire harness retainers from the seat back.

  6. Remove the hinge nuts and bolts.

  7. Remove the seat back frame from the lower seat assembly.

  8. Transfer the seat speakers as required. Refer to Driver Seat Speaker Replacement or to Passenger Seat Speaker Replacement .
