Vehicle Speed Sensor: Installation
- If the O-ring has been removed. Install a NEW O-ring.
- Lubricate the O-ring with transmission fluid.
- Install the VSS to the transmission.
- Install the VSS retainer bolt. See Figure
.
- Connect the VSS harness connector. See Figure

.
- Lower the vehicle.
